Most of us have never been guided to actually locate our state in our body. You will be, in the first 15 minutes.

Not a concept. Not a metaphor. An actual shift you can feel before we say goodbye.

Most of the wellness work out there is the written exam. You read about how a car works. You memorise the signs. You understand it intellectually.

But understanding something in your mind and your body actually knowing it are different things. Your body changes through felt experience, not through knowing.

who we are

Hanna Attafi

Somatic movement and breathwork. The body first practitioner. She is the one who guides you through the movement and breath practices in the workshop.

Loes Hurkx

EMDR practitioner and hypnotherapist, currently completing her MSc in Psychology. She works at the level where the patterns sit underneath the symptoms.

Together, we run RYME. A somatic coaching practice with 1:1 coaching, retreats, and a community of women learning to live inside their bodies.

questions you might have

A few answers before you sign up.

Is this therapy?

No. We work in the space where the body, nervous system, and subconscious meet. Loes is an EMDR practitioner and hypnotherapist. Hanna works with somatic movement and breathwork. We are not clinical psychologists. For a lot of women, this work goes further than therapy has, because we are working at the level where the patterns are actually stored in the body.

Does this work for physical symptoms, not just emotional stuff?

Yes. Most of the women who come to us have physical symptoms. Fatigue, chronic pain, back issues, irregular cycles, gut issues. The nervous system governs all of those systems. When the protection response has been running for years, it starts to show up everywhere.

How quickly do people feel a difference?

Most people feel something shift inside the workshop itself. Not full transformation, but a real difference in how their body feels by the end of the hour. That is the whole point of it being a felt experience, not a lecture.

Do I have to talk about my past?

No. We work with what is present in your body, right now. Memories and past experiences come up naturally, but we do not need the full story. Your body already has the information.

What if I cannot make the live workshop?

The workshop is live only. We do not record it, because the practices are designed to happen with the group. If you cannot make this one, sign up anyway and we will send you the date of the next one.

Is this actually free?

Yes. There is no catch. We run this workshop free every month because we believe everyone should get one real felt experience of nervous system work before they decide whether to go deeper with us.
